Sunlight is a meditation app that can literally read your mind.The interface is intentionally left very simple. Your meditation practice grows a beautiful plant. You'll meditate with your plant for 21 days to grow it fully-- that's about how long it takes to form a new meditation habit! Hopefully, after the plant is grown, you'll be on your way to being a regular meditator.The app (optionally) uses a Neurosky* brainwave headset to measure your attention, giving you gentle verbal feedback from a real meditation instructor to help you along when you need it. This can help you bring your attention back during extended mindwandering.You can journal about each session, or use the BrainBot web app (optional bonus purchase) to see your brainwave metrics and download all your brain data. Simple stats about how long you've meditated, a text guidance screen about beginning meditation, and optional gong sounds are included for free.
