• Great app, improved customer service

  Great little program! I like how it helps you learn to solve the puzzles, not just do it for you.

  Cons

  Had a problem downloading the full paid version, but it was resolved.

  Summary

  Happy to report that some of the customer service deficits reported earlier appear to have been remedied. I first encountered a glitch that accepted my payment but didn't allow me to download the product. An email to customer service efficiently corrected the problem and I'm now enjoying Sudoklue.

  I had to pay the $19.95 twice because of bad customer service, I presently had to reinstall to a new PC and after 2 weeks I am still waiting to get the password reset !!!!!!

  Summary

  I won't buy a third time for sure to fix this problem because I think that it is done on purpose to get more money. I hate people that don't respect their agreement.<br /><br /><span class='notifyMsg'> Updated </span>on Dec 28, 2015<p/>It has been over 1 month and still did not receive an answer, they are faster to take our money than to give customer the support that have paid for.

  The program works great. It does all they say it will.

  Cons

  Horrible customer service. My computer crashed and I emailed them with a request for help with reloading the software. It does not accept the old license info. So far. they have ignored my email.. That was over 5 days ago.

  would be 5 stars if the customer service was better.

  great program for sudoku - great learning tools, and free style puzzles to work on.

  had to uninstall clean computer (thanks ms and ie8); tried to reload. found this link for older version on cnet, but program doesn't work anymore

  appreciate the upgrade for some, but the older plain vanilla version worked great for me. $19.95 is a little pricey for this program as well. ahh, progress.

  Pros

  This software is just plain great! That sums it up. If you are working on a puzzle in the newspaper and are having trouble, this software lets you enter the puzzle into it and then will take you step by step through finding the solution. I have printed out a couple puzzles that I will work on whilst at lunch. If I have any problems or just feel stumped I will return to my computer and have Sudoklue show me what I am not seeing. Like I said earlier, it will take you through it one step at a time and explain the logic used in each step, not just show you the answer which at times may leave you with even more questions than you had while trying to solve it in the first place. I recommend going the extra mile and upgrading to the pro version of this program. Well worth it.
