Amazing script & customer service!

Pros
One thing that is fantastic w/t stivasoft is the tech support! I really didn't believe it until I actually started doing business with them. I experienced this first hand when one of my clients was having trouble with the website's script and file uploading, but I was able to get it fixed pronto with the help of the PHPjabbers technical support. stivasoft and phpjabbers.com gets 5 stars from me for their excellent technical support and their scripts. I'm not one to believe in hype, but the good reviews I've been reading about Stivasoft are actually true, and they do deliver. I've been working with several clients and focused on making their website as fully functional as possible and Stivasoft definitely helps make that happen.
Cons
You will definitely exceed the amount of $169 for a developer license if you want Stivasoft to make some tweaks and custom changes for you.
Summary
Definitely a good script and customer service if you need something very close to the default version or you are able to make changes to the code yourself.

Pros
If you're a web designer and you have to create a vacation rental website, you really don't have to search any further. This vacation reservation script (and any stivasoft /phpjabbers software as well) is great choice for people (like me) who do not have time to code from scratch. Vacation rental script has a user friendly interface and it's quite functional as well. Tabs along the top and the menu at the side and a rich number of features right at your fingertips. Add a property, manage reservations and availability, manage users, email and SMS notifications and more. You have even the option to perform database backup with a single click. And the top best: vacation rental script is fully editable and brandable: all front end titles and messages are customizable. Additionally, you have the option to purchase the script with the source code and edit it by yourself.
Cons
The script uses days/nights for pricing rather than days/nights and weeks which can be confusing if you are not used to it.

Pros
Frankly, I am thrilled (and quite pleasantly surprised) with Stivasoft customer service. I have done A LOT of online purchasing of applications and have NEVER received such fast feedback as by Stivasoft (it often takes days or weeks with other companies!). I am highly recommending Stivasoft services and products.
Cons
I will be contacting Stivasoft and phpjabbers.com again with a list of adjustments that we will need to the interface coding (additions/deletions, etc.).
