Import solid objects from STEP files in SketchUp.

STEP Import for SketchUp is a plug-in for Google SketchUp. This plug-in gives SketchUp the ability to import solid objects from STEP files. STEP files contain graphical data in the form widely accepted by most CAD/CAM systems. STEP Import for SketchUp converts this geometric data into corresponding SketchUp entities and adds them to the contents of the currently opened SketchUp drawing. Solids and surfaces in an STEP file are tessellated and imported into SketchUp as mesh objects.

None! This is pure malware!!! This download is a browser extions which changed my home page destination and then removed the extension page link from the browser settings page so that you cannot easily remove it. Fortunately I know how to get to my extensions page without a link.

Whoever put this out here is a total sumbag!!<br /><br /><span class='notifyMsg'> Updated </span>on Jul 24, 2017<p/>MY PRIOR REVIEW IS INCORRECT... I had accidently clicked on a deceptive ad that started with a "Download Now" button. This download is actually a Sketchup plugin, however, it does not work with the latest version of Sketchup (which is not uncommon for pre-Sketchup_2017 plugins).
