This free application offers a wide range of tools and information to help you achieve your fitness goals. It features a list of animated workout illustrations for every muscle group in the body with step by step instructions. These animated illustrations are easy to comprehend and will clearly show you how to exercise using the correct form, whether you are a novice or have years of experience under your belt. Some of the other offerings include fat loss calculators, nutritional information, health tips, exercise programs, recipes, quizzes and easy-to-read articles covering all topics. This application will give you all the advice, support and guidance needed to successfully complete your fitness journey. This application was created by Lebanese athlete Maya Nassar to share her passion of fitness and provide useful tools to help others achieve their challenging fitness goals. This app is the first fitness application in Lebanon and is a mobile version of the popular website Start Living Right.
