Star(Wye) Delta, Delta Star(Wye) TransformationsStar-Delta is a calculator for simplifying the transformation of a star (or wye) network to the delta network equivalent and visa versa.These methods are used in complex resistance/impedance networks to solve problems and to reduce a network to a simple equivalent.The intention of this Application is to provide a quick method for checking calculations by engineering students and as such it is intended as an educational aid.Any use in a real situation is at the discretion of the user and should always be confirmed by a qualified person.Future development of the program will include some theory behind the process.NOTE: This functionality is also included in one of our other applications "e-Engineer".
