SSN Protector is an Outlook add-on designed to protect your organization from inadvertantly exposing sensitive information in emails. Feature include. Choose all your encryption options directly from the easy to use toolbar. Encrypt attachments safely and automatically using 256-bit AES governement approved encryption. Automatically scan and detect unmasked social security numbers within an email's subject, body and attachments.

Detection form quickly identifies each unmasked entry. The user can then mask single entries or mask all entries within the email. Create an exclusion list for single email addresses or entire domains that never need encrypted emails. This is useful for emails to people within the same organization. This version is the first release on CNET Download.com.
