About SqueezyCX:
SqueezyCX is the connected version of the pelvic floor muscle exercise app Squeezy.
It allows you to share exercise plans and records securely with your clinician. This enables clinicians to monitor your activity and progress as part of your treatment programme.
Designed by chartered physiotherapists specialising in pelvic health working in the NHS, it is simple to use and informative.

Exercise plans for slow/quick/sub-max exercises that can be tailored according to your treatment programme
Exercise reminders with customisable settings
Visual and audio guides for exercises
Bladder and bowel diaries to keep track of your symptoms, if required
ICIQ-UI and ICIQ-B questionnaires to keep track of your progress
A record of the number of exercises you have completed, compared to your target
