Splashtop Add-on: Samsung (Knox) APK for Android

Splashtop Add-on: Samsung Knox is a free utility designed for remote control of Samsung devices equipped with Knox security. This add-on integrates with the Splashtop SOS app or Splashtop Streamer app, allowing technicians to manage devices remotely through Splashtop Rugged & IoT Remote Support, contingent upon having the appropriate commercial license. It streamlines the process of accessing Samsung devices, making it ideal for technical support and troubleshooting tasks.

Users can initiate remote sessions by downloading the app on their mobile device, following installation instructions for the add-on, and sharing their session ID with the technician. The technician, using their Splashtop Rugged & IoT Remote Support account, can then gain access to the device. This functionality is particularly beneficial for organizations needing efficient remote support solutions for their Samsung devices.
