SpamDrain is an easy-to-use and intelligent web- and cloudbased anti-spam service that stops spam before they get to the inbox on your computer, phone or other device you use to check your mail. And let us be honest, that is the best way to stop spam and viruses - before they reach you.
You have to delete every single email whether it is blocked or not, so now there are 2 sites you are deleting email. When asked about a 'Delete all trash' option, they said 'we don't have this.'
The delete option often freezes, I have contacted Customer Service several times and was told 'we've never heard this before' and 'send us a screen shot'. No response after sending the screen shot. Just now, I signed on to delete and it froze after the first email. Will have to reboot iPad if I want to continue deleting the other 37 emails.
Summary
It's a waste of your time and money. I will not renew.

Updated on Aug 11, 2016
Correction: There is now an option to delete all.
Great cloud based spam blocker!!!
Fabricguy
Pros
It works on either pop3 or imap accounts and is excellent at catching spam. You can use it either on your cell phone or just login to their website if you are using a computer to review and delete all spam emails with 1 click. As it is a cloud based program it intercepts the spam messages before you receive them on your computer's emal program (Outlook, Gmail, Hotmail, etc).
Cons
One minor cosmetic improvement is needed as the program itself is fabulous. When you look at the icon for the app on your phones screen there is no notification as to how many unread emails have arrived. Just look at the little red circle with the number inside like you have on the icon for Apple Mail when new unread messages have arrived and you will see what I mean.
Summary
Overall this is a great app that really does the job blacking spam emails. As it is cloud based, if you delete all of the spam (1 click feature) on your phone it will not even appear on your desktop or laptop when you check your mail.

Updated on Jun 21, 2015
Also it should be noted that they are currently offering version 3.0.0 which has a new look and feel with easier navigation. The 2.0.7 version that CNET references is an older one that they have improved upon.
