SoundEdit Pro is a digital audio editor, designed for home studio recording and for people who are just getting started with audio editing. SoundEdit Pro has dozens of audio effects and tools for converting audio files into different formats, including MP2, MP3, WMA, WAV, Ogg Vorbis, VOX, and AIFF. In SoundEdit Pro, you can save the settings of each audio effect to a preset for later use. These presets are also available from the main menu, so you can execute them with one click of your mouse. Version 2.1.126 may include unspecified updates, enhancements, or bug fixes.

Pros
The pros are, well, everything works first of all! It is full featured and you can save your files! Thank you SOUNDEDIT PRO!!! <p>After spending 4 hours trying to find a software program which lets you download a trial that is fully featured, I am so GLAD I didn't give up and that I found this one. It works great, and I needed to make a wav file fade out at the end. It worked beautifully. There is many other things you can do which I will look into. I am so gratified that the developer is giving a full featured trial that I will most likely purchase this when the trial is over.
