I have not had any success in converting any files. I contacted support right away, and they responded quickly, but only to collect more information. I have sent a follow up message and still have not received any assistance in fixing the problem.

I have now requested a refund per their 30 day guarantee, and still have not received a response. I have had much better success with Total Video Converter. Save yourself some money and time and spend a little more on TVC.
