Pros
This tool saved me a lot of time. If you are working with web services, especially if you are writing client code, this simulation software is a must. As soon as you have the WSDL you can load it up and you have your back-end server anywhere you want it. I haven't used the more advanced features yet, and from what I understand this is a new product from them and there are many more features coming. So far I haven't run into any issues. I'm also a fan of SOAP sonar, the other tool available from these guys. The two products work well together, if you are familiar with SOAP sonar you'll find this tool very easy to use as the interfaces are similar.

Pros
Finally, a way to simulate a Web Service. Great for on the go development. If you have SOAPSimulator on your laptop, you can keep working on your SOA client even if you are stuck in an location without network. It also means you can work from home without the hassle of a VPN. The interface is great. It is as easy to use as SOAPSonar.
