Snipworx has taken over my computer

Summary
Snipwork does not work at all. In addition, Snipwork replaced my name as registered owner, in my Word program, with "Wilbur Pierce", the writer of the software. Not very funny. It also locked me out of my tax document, showing the message that "Wilbur Pierce" was using the document. Snipworx has cause me a very serious problem. I took screen shots of all the lock-ups, for anyone who cares to view them.
