Well-rounded, multifunctional fax software

Pros
- Fairly easy to use with LOADS of features. It may not have that "pretty" and "sexy" interface that many software developers focus upon. Instead it has the guts to do what you want/need it to do - Support is great. Updates come with regular frequency, so it is always improving.
Cons
- Some of the interface can be confusing at first, but once you get the hang of it, you be faxin' like a machine.
Summary
- I've tried several options for faxing from a computer. Some had this, others had that. Snappy Fax is the most complete faxing software I could find, especially for the price... its a STEAL
Works Really Well - Great support

Pros
Receives faxes as well as, if not better than, "real" fax machine. Sending faxes, especially from a scanner is convenient and straight forward. Tech support is excellent. Using e-mail, I typically get a response within a few hours.
Cons
Adding items to address book is not very intuitive. Only works well with certain modems. Taylor and Associates are quick to tell you which ones they have had good experiences with and which don't work well.
Summary
I have used this software for over 7 years on all versions of Microsoft Windows from Millennium through 7. I have changed hardware as well as software and Snappy Fax has always worked extremely well for me.

The price but since it does not work it really isn't a bargain.

Inconsistent FAX sending and receiving, Hard to set up, Customer support does not exist, Cover page is unprofessional

Do not buy this product. It does not work and if you depend on FAX delivery and sending for your business it will cost you customers, time, and money.

Brilliant. Does exactly what it says on the box. Sending a fax is as easy as spooling to a printer -- as long as you have a modem.

Pros
I didn't need help to figure out how to scan and fax. Support told me in one day how to go to Control Panel -> Administrative->Services->Fax and change it from Auto to Manual, allowing software other than MS Fax and Scan access to my modem.
Cons
None I know of.
Summary
I recommend this software highly. Excellent error messages, explaining what was wrong, and instant response to my query from tech support. The only fax software(of about five I tried that got me past my modem being monopolized by Windows Fax and Scan. Thank you!

Fax Receive is problematic. I was only able to receive 2 of 20 faxes sent to me. I described the problem in minute detail to SnappyFax Tech support 5 days ago, but have still not received a reply.
Summary
The product is useless to me, if I can't receive fax...

A great product for a home office, Snappy fax works seamlessly with my smart ring (or distictive ring if you prefer), and never presents a problem, only a solution.
