Few lines of code are needed to send SMS from VB6, .NET Visual Basic, C++, C#, ASP, Borland Delphi/C++, Access databases, Excel worksheets, web sites and any other programming environment supporting ActiveX components. Tutorials and source code examples available for download. Performances: max 20 sms/minute. Version 2.5 features extended compatibility with Nokia, Symbian and other UMTS, EDGE, GPRS and GSM modems and phones.

It's a very reliable ActiveX to send SMS with GSM phone

Pros
This product has a well-structured family of objects and methods to manage SMS communication. The best feature is receiving SMS by events.
Cons
SMSLibX allows sending Wap push messages, but you must encode them yourself - the same for ringtones.
Summary
Avove all, I'mm very satisfied with it - I got the full package version with Siemens MC35i modem terminal.
