EarthCam is pleased to introduce the first professional construction photo documentation app specifically designed to help project teams collaborate and organize jobsite images from anywhere. This app is designed to be used by EarthCam.net clients and is used in conjunction with the secure back-end user interface.Take a picture from your jobsite using your iPhone / iPad camera, geotag it, transcribe an audio note and save it (with local weather data) to your site plans. This easy-to-use platform allows you to share all the necessary visual information with colleagues to unify communications and make qualified decisions quickly.Clicking on the Camera tab will launch the device's camera so you can take instant snapshots of different areas around your project site. Based on where you launch the camera, the app's geotag feature will know where that particular picture should be located on the site plans and will assign it accordingly. Make use of the photo overlay feature, which utilizes previously captured photos to help the user line up the next shot.Clicking on the Plans icon will pull up your pre-loaded site plans with your assigned markers. A marker denotes each location on the floor for associated images. Click on each marker on the site plan to view the images associated with that marker. You also have the ability to add more pictures, as well as view and edit the notes for the marker and add specific keyword tags.The Places icon pulls up a map, with pins of all your geotagged locations.
