Users can easily book specialist visits and exams using a national health service electronic prescription, manage appointments for themselves and their family members, and make payments directly through the app. Additionally, the app offers access to the Electronic Health Record, allowing users to view and manage their health documents securely.

The app also facilitates the selection of primary care physicians and pediatricians, provides access to vaccination records, and allows users to check exemptions for income, pathology, and disability. SINFONIA Salute includes features for COVID-19 testing results and notifications, ensuring users stay informed about their health status. Security is prioritized with SPID credentials or electronic ID for access, alongside options for PIN and biometric authentication, making it a reliable tool for health management.
