simPRO Service is the third modular release for simPRO mobile and packs a punch! We are excited to deliver a fully featured job management and scheduling solution you can use anywhere in the field, online or offline. Service, as well as all other modules within simPRO Mobile, are included with your existing simPRO field licence.

A redesigned, fresh looking schedule offers the ability to see both the mobile status and job status from enterprise without the need for entering the job. Click on the information icon while in the schedule for comprehensive job information or click Start Travel and Navigate to do just that.

Travelling and Starting Work offers greater flexibility with the ability to pick from a list of predefined schedule rates as you record your time block. Start your work for the day and enjoy the ability to access work history from every tech to have ever carried out a job on site.

Communicate ahead of time with the ability to see who is working on the job with you, their start and finish times, as well as the cost centre they are working in for the day. Click Pause Work to stop the clock at any time and choose any one of the new pause statuses to let the office know.

Refreshed Audits offer the flexibility to move forward and back as you please and allows changes to a previous answer should the need arise. Stock assignment has been redefined and can trigger stock transfers in simPRO for increased accountability and more accurate material management.

Schedule any activity, modify start and end times for existing activities and edit and modify existing activity notes or add your own. Then pick a schedule rate for your activity that best represents how you should be paid for it.

Site attachments are now directly accessible from the site you are working on without the need to first attach to the job. Further, attach up to 10 photos from your gallery at any one time and continue working while attachments seamlessly background sync with simPRO.

When you have finished work for the day use your job card review to make any corrections to the days works. Then present this to your customer for their final sign off and after technician sign off, choose from any one of your customer or site contacts to email the job card. An email address, the specific contact working position, and full name for every single one of them will be available to you with one click.

Submit your job to simPRO and continue works while all information syncs in the background.

In addition to the Service module, simPRO Mobile also includes the Timesheet, and Quote and Sales Modules.

The Timesheet module offers the convenience of real time recording, or retrospective timeblock creation for Quotes, Jobs and Activities in the field without the need to be scheduled or assigned!

Technicians can divide time worked as a percentage or hours against multiple cost centres chosen from any section in any job or quote, enter and modify work notes and activity notes, as well as duplicate time blocks for employees, plant and contractors. Techs are even able to schedule return visits for themselves sometime in the future if required.

The Quote and Sales Module offers the convenience of quote and job creation in the field (online or offline) as well as an aesthetically pleasing presentation mode where quote options appear with images and supporting materials. Wow your customers and win quotes on the spot, then seamlessly capture quote acceptance signatures.

Sales staff and technicians are able to present multiple options from which customers can select fully tailored solutions in the field or choose to have quotes emailed to them for consideration at a later time. In addition, memberships and add-on pricing that instantly influence quotes to offer cost savings can be sold or applied at the salespersons discretion.
