I purchased this premade site and have to say it is well worth the price. You should have some programming skills and web site hosting skills to get the site running. I did have a problem running it on Godaddy and had to get an additional host just for this url. The cost breakdown: $250 for site $60/year for new asp host $$ google ad words to advertise time and effort to brand and modify $310 + ad cost + time
