Sholo Guti (16 beads) for Android

Sholo Guti (16 Beads) is a traditional board game that engages players with its strategic gameplay and cultural significance. Originating from South-East Asia, particularly popular in regions like Bangladesh, India, and Nepal, this game is played on a simple board with 32 beads—16 for each player. The objective is to capture all of the opponent's beads by tactically navigating the board and blocking their moves. The game is not only a test of strategy but also requires patience and foresight, making it a compelling choice for those who enjoy classic board games.

The gameplay involves players alternately moving their beads into empty spaces, capturing opponent beads when possible. Players can move beads in multiple directions, including diagonally, which adds layers of complexity to the strategy involved. The game's rules are straightforward, making it accessible for new players while still offering depth for seasoned gamers. Sholo Guti also fosters social interaction, as it is often played in groups or during tournaments, enhancing its popularity in community settings.
