Shock Troopers: 2nd Squad is a top-down shooter that throws you right into the thick of it. Choose your trooper, blast through levels, and try not to die. It's aimed squarely at fans of arcade-style action.

  • Pros

    • Fast-paced, engaging gameplay keeps you on your toes | Diverse characters each provide a unique play style | Graphics are colorful and fit the arcade vibe | Boss battles provide a decent challenge

  • Cons

    • Can get repetitive after a while, honestly | Top-down view isn't for everyone | Soundtrack is good, but nothing special
