SFST Report - DUI Note Taking for iOS

The SFST Report app was designed to let Law Enforcement Officers save time and efficiently take notes during field sobriety tests.

LEOs can easily use this app to take SFST related notes, generate a report, email it to themselves and erase the data from the app.

The SFST Report app can be downloaded for free on the app store. To unlock all the tests, a Pro upgrade is required. Officers can decide to subscribe to the app memberships or pay a one time fee.

We offer monthly and yearly subscription plans:

The monthly membership subscription is US$1.99/month after a 1 week free trial period.

The yearly membership subscription is US$16.99/month after a 2 weeks free trial period.

The one time payment is SU$23.99.

The price of the subscription will be charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase.

Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal.

Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.

Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.
