  Fun & simple way to learn states and capital cities. . Score based. Beat the clock

  I prefer ver 3 which fits better into 17 inch screen with XP. Limited cities

  Summary

  good for basic geography and fun as well .You gain points for correct answers and can beat the clock. Pitched at school kids but a good refresher tool for adults.

  Works great, students learn. Free.

  Cons

  High Scores table on a network share has been somewhat troublesome, sometimes the kids want to get a 3 second score on an easy map instead of working hard and learning.

  A great program to practice for a map test or have a little fun in geography.

  Pros

  I love this program. I've only been using it for two days. I can now identify every country in Europe, South America and most in Africa (haven't done Western Africa yet)

  Would LOVE an iphone app of this.

  This program makes learning geography ridiculously fun and easy. There's countries, capitals, cities and flags. So heaps of stuff to do.

  I love it! My geography knowledge is more than just embarrassing. I really like this program and it is indeed fun as well as educational. I think it is great for anyone from around age 7 or so and up :)

  Educational but still fun. doesn't freeze or anything, the level of the exercises have a good range from simple to challenging.

  Pros

  This a simple program with no frills. You can repeat your answers several times before they give it to you. It scores your results and lets you play against it to improve your score.

  I haven't found any.

  I really like this program. It is great for home schooled children. I am an older adult and I just like it to test my knowledge and learn more about the world and where everything is. To me it is like a game.
