Old version was good. This one may be fine, but it will not open

I've uninstalled and re-installed, and tried the "fix" but nothing happens. Like the critique of many of the others, there is something wrong with this version that for a good many people it simply does not work.
Summary
Unusable with the glitch that keeps so many of us from opening it. Until SL recognizes the problem there is nothing to review.

Pros
Must faster then the viewer 1.0 edition and most other third party viewers. Despite it problems SL is still a great place for those with patience and some tech. savvy.
Cons
Most editions of viewer 2.0 have problems. A major snag in this edition is the absence of prim counts in the builders edit HUD. Other continuing problems still effect the viewer and SL performance over all. Problems that have been around far to long,
Summary
Still has a ways yet to go. Most in SL are waiting the arrive of meshes. Meshes that will add dramatically to the appearance of all things inworld.

Only Viewer through which you can become a Premium Member.
Cons
Only Viewer through which you can become a Premium Member. Buy home and locate with SL viewer but use other viewer as your prime viewer, also notified the your own home is running on different settings.
Summary
When will SL allow equal access to third-party viewers which have many features SL Viewers do not?

Speed everything up once installed.

Took a while to get everything downloaded and setup.
Summary
Part of the reason it took a long time to load for me is my AT&T DSL is slower than molasses in the snow. Also I hadn't used SL for many months and it took quite a while to get fully updated. But was terrific once it was operating.
User unfriendly log in window (for older computers?).

Used to be fun sometimes.

Boring most of the time now.
Summary
Only try this with the required graphic card. Though, chatting is possible with older cards. Have patience to meet the right people. It can be a very lonely experience. A lot of places in Second Life are deserted of people.

Nothing could not sign on.
Cons
Brain damanged sign on process requires acceptance of agreement but does not display agreement text. Agreement button is disabled.

it's a lot of fun, educational, and a different type of new media, love it looking for a serious on-line virtual reality game without the killing and crime, this is for you
Cons
has many different inter phases that require sign in over and over one for marketplace one for second life, one for help desk etc.. can also be too complicated to use when construction or building objects
Summary
The product is well constructed, has a very advanced virtual platform and it can be lots of fun. I love it but it take a while to learn the ropes.
