  Pros

  It is quite easy to use this system to search files, not only the result lists are very straightforward but also there are 3 types of preview with keyword highlighted. Other feature like filtering and sorting, also quite convenient to use, and help to locate the file quickly, [Open and Search] feature provide the search results when open a PDF, Excel, Word, Powerpoint, which is really amazing.

  Cons

  There is no special short point.

  Summary

  This application has the functions like multiple preview, automatic indexing, strong link with external application, copy/move/delete the specified files. I really like to use it in my office document management.
