Get a free BASIC interpreter with a rich set of instructions.

ScriptBasic implements a rich set of instructions that are available under Win32. Programs written in ScriptBasic are portable unless you work hard to insert some system specific code. If you need some more that is not currently available you can ask for it on the ScriptBasic mailing list or you can easily write your own modules in C. ScriptBasic internals, source code and interfaces are well documented.
