Pros
There are many ways to define what you want a screen print of. You have a selection of file types to save it as. You can also define what editing program to use. I used this as freeware (there were functionality limitations) and eventually bought the Platinum version.
Cons
The catalog function has never worked, not in the freeware or purchased version.

the first splash screen requests 50$ for buying the software and says you have 30 days. this sounds like trialware/share or whatever to me.

We tested several of the more popular one's, and after a lot of frustration found that ScreenPrint is the only one that works with Terminal Server (with or without Citrix). Great features and ease of use also influenced our decision to license the Platinum version for our servers.
