Manage your rosters with this scheduling software tool.

Staff rostering, employee scheduling and resource booking tool featuring both pictorial (i.e. drag and drop) and grid style views of a roster, recording and checking of staff availability, repeat roster patterns and shifts, parameterizable preview and printing of reports (e.g. individual timesheets), ability to define your own categories (e.g. unconfirmed/ confirmed availability, on-call) and then preview/ print reports on them.

Version 1.3 includes Ability to balance employee commitments,Improved reporting of rostering errors and improved handling of large numbers of resources.

limited staff scheduling choices

Pros
"KISS" applies here. Just the basics - not too complicated to understand. Can specify starting/ending dates & times for each employee, and any unavailable times.
Cons
Not able to do a day-by-day availability change at first try. Didn't spend a lot of time on this product, but in setting up initial roster, appears that availability is across-the-board, not changeable on a daily basis.
