Because it is the only application for the iphone that will allow you to have(Full Version) unlimited city downloads (you can download ANY city in the world and more: you can download part of a city, or even country side). The current zoom available is enough for cities, not entire countries... Though I will be adding the option to append new maps to existing maps in order to have much larger areas!offline routing for any place you download. It doesn't preload routes, but calculates them without the need to be connected to the internet.offline places of interest (POI) for any part of the world.
