  I had the demo version of this game years ago and LOVED it, then my computer crashed and it was gone. Now I found the Java VM download but need the wild tangent web driver?? someone please help me!

  moderate learning curve, a lot of fun to play, keeps player engaged

  This is a demo with limited levels, does not run on Vista Cannnot unlock the demo even wiith (an old but) valid license

  Summary

  Like another reviewer, I bought this game years ago and found it addicting. But even though I still have all of the license info, I cannot get the full game to unlock. I cannot even get the demo to play in Vista's XP Compat. mode. Too bad. This is not a game that has been cloned many times. It is unique and it sounds like WT has no plans to make it playable again. What a shame!

  i bought this game many years ago loved it, now I cant even get the damn thing to work got a fuckin script error everytime i tried to play the demo...

  great game, but no multiplayer and fatal error on every fuckin comp i play, cant even play the fuckin demo anymore asked wildtangent for help but this game is no longer supported. asked other people for help, got no help. i wont buy another wildtangent game out of principle. Tried on 10 different machines game gives the same error on each one of them. fuck wildtangent. they shouldnt have the right to throw good games in the garbage by the way most old wildtangent games give this error, wildtangent does not care and you cannot even buy the games anymore. wildtangent is losing a lot of purchases and losing customers because of their attitude towards there old games. Who knows, the game u may buy they will suddenly decide to stop supporting. One day you get an error, you ask them for help, nope they wont help.

  Cons

  Installs two programs that immediately access the internet in the background. Spybot Search and Destroy will eliminate them. Did not show up in Ad-Aware.

• 3D Space Combat, similar to Wing Commander.

  Pros

  Easy to learn controls; supports keyboard, mouse or 2-axis joypad. Fun 3D space shooter if you like Wing Commander/Colony Wars type games. Beautiful graphics, and it runs smoothly on both my P3-500 and my 2-gig Athlon. I'm surprised it wasn't more of a success.

  Cons

  This game requires Microsoft VJM (Virtual Java Machine) so you'll need Java to play it ... I installed msjavx86_3805.exe and it works perfectly now. <p> <p>Unfortunately the demo only has two missions available, and the distributor has no plans for any more releases. Too bad...
