The mornings are crucial in keeping S.A.D under control with dark wintery mornings further compounding the S.A.D effect. This is where the S.A.D alarm clock comes in. S.A.D alarm clocks are widely available but can cost hundreds of dollars. This app turns your idevice into a free S.A.D alarm clock so no longer will you have to wake up in the pitch black. First set your S.A.D alarm to the desired time and leave on to charge on your bed side table with the app running. One hour before you are due to wake up the app will very gradually begin to increase the brightness of your devices screen over the hour period. By the time the alarm sounds you may already be awake with the device now on full brightness. If you are not awake the alarm simply sounds but we guarantee you will feel much more awake than normal as the gradual light will have started to awaken you naturally. We've kept the the light as clean from over design as possible to enhance the light output of the device.
