RSS Developers Pack for Windows

The RSS Developer's Pack contains components that allow you as a developer to put live product news straight into your products with a minimum of effort. Changing your site's news feed file changes what all your users see in one easy stroke. When a new article is detected, the control changes appearance indicating that there is something new to read, without interrupting the task at hand.
