RPG Maker Plugin for JoiPlay can be used to add RPG Maker XP, VX and VX Ace support to JoiPlay or another front-end apps. It isn't a standalone app and it won't work without a front-end app.
Note: RPG Maker Plugin for JoiPlay doesn't include any games and requires legally obtained game files to play them.
