  This quick and easy patch enabled me to run RTC LL on my Dell 8700 running Windows 8. Before the patch it would not do so even trying every compatibility mode option available. You may still need to use compatibility mode with the patch to get it to run but it should work for you as it did me. Now this great, fun, old game can be played on new systems.

  I didn't know if this would work with vista, as it only says windows 2000, but I thought I'd give it a try. I installed it and it worked like a charm! My RTC loopy landscapes is up and running!
