  I recently purchased software from River Past and installed it. It didn't work so I wrote to their support address, TWICE and got no reply or even an acknowledgment. Then I wrote to their customer service folks, THREE TIMES. Again, no reply or even acknowledgment. Their site has a link to a page where one can request a refund. This link leads to a "server error". I would definitely advise against buying software from them.

  Pros

  Why can't all utilities be this simple and easy to use? Besides doing exactly what I want, it allows drag & drop, batch processing, creating multiple conversion profiles and has a footprint of only about 325Kb. It's free to boot!
