  they falsify sellers feedback removing negative feedback on request of sellers, they do not vett their preferred sellers, they have sellers who have been banned from selling on e-bay because of accusations of fraud and they are 100% seller supportive, if you have a problem they stand with the sellers!

  Summary

  Guys, my wife bought me a guitar from Blue frog guitars off of Reverb.com, the guy turns out to be banned from e-bay for fraud, he did not know how reverb.com's payment system worked even though they have him listed as a preferred buyerand told us he was waiting for the payment to clear, we had already got an e-mail saying that it had cleared the finance company and reverb.com had been paid, reverb said that he had to print a tracking number and post it to get paid, within minutes a tracking number was posted and he got paid, Larry Morton sent us an e-mail saying the guitar would be shipped within the hour, sat. we sent him an e-mail because the tracking was a dead number in the UPS system, there was nothing in there system for it. Even though he told Matt Jordan one of the managers there that it was shipped. this morning we canceled the sale, the seller then sent my wife a nasty message on reverbs message system, we contacted reverb and told them they said they would handle it, the guy continued to send nasty messages and cussed my wife out, we contacted reverb again and notified them that we would have him arrested if he contacted us again. He even told us that the UPS driver had problems and could not pick it up, we called UPS, they investigated and called us back and let us know that their driver in McMinnville Tn. had not had any problems that would have prevented him from shipping a package. We left feedback stating these facts, Larry Morton then sent us a message on reverb stating that he would have the negative feedback removed in less than 5 minutes, reverb.com did indeed remove the feedback, even though all of the info had been confirmed with them through our messages, BUYER BEWARE!!!!!! just because all you see is good feedback on there site for there preferred sellers because they are removing negative feedback for them, this guy has had 69 purchases in 18 months supposedly, not exactly preferred sellers numbers, but I assume that he has had a lot more that have went south, he was also banned from selling on e-bay for the same thing. So this site does not provide accurate reviews on purchases and has very little buyer protection, it is all about the seller. Use it at your own risk!
