Fast and efficient

With the professional OCR technology (text recognition) all documents are indexed on the entire contents of the document. As a result all stored documents are full text retrievable. There will be searched in both scanned as in digital documents. All found documents are shown in one result list, with the most relevant at the top. Documents can be printed or emailed at the touch of a button.

Office and Outlook integration

With one mouse click Office documents can be transferred to RetSoft Archive. Relevant emails and attachments can be also be directly stored in RetSoft Archive from all common email clients.
