No response from support or anyone from their website
Summary
I purchased this program in hopes of it doing exactly what it said it would do. It never would work. After contacting their support for a few weeks with no response I tried for several weeks to get a refund (all within their written guidelines on their website) and still no response. Finally I had to open a dispute with paypal, in order to get my money back. I am never one to complain, but this program simply does not work. Do not waist your time or the space on your hard drive.
