Pretty much the best hacking tool on the net

Pros
Easy gui, plus it lets you hack executable files as well as dll's.
Cons
You have to buy it in order to use it for more than twenty days. Other than that it is perfect.
Summary
If you're looking to hack windows 7 to change the visuals, by hacking explorer.exe, this is perfect. It's click and drag UI makes it easy to use, and easy to replace multiple resources.
