This software is dangerous and their support is worst

None. User interface not friendly. It does not work as it should.
Cons
It could easily erase complete folders from your computer without warning. If you need support or a refund... They employ all sort of tactics to delay resolution. At one point they asked me for a signed letter, sent by regular mail to Turkmenistan!
Summary
Don't buy from this company. It is extremely dangerous for your computer and your wallet.

Pros
I did not like the product as it is not a duplicate file remover (music, photo, etc). CNET should look at the application and take it off their downloads. I am attempting to get a refund!

Remove duplicate files - it doesnt! It does a sort of the file extensions.
Summary
I'm trying to get a refund as I was mislead by the publisher's description of the software. I've asked twice and have been told the matter has been resolved on a no reply e-mail.

Removes all files of same extension, from different folders (within selected folder to scan), to a folder named as the extension (e.g. all *.inf files within different folders are removed to general INF folder, as *.exe files to EXE folder, etc)
