RegEx Builder is a small utility that allows a developer to easily build and evaluate regular expressions using a simple user interface. The program constantly evaluates the regular expression as it is modified showing the results of the expression match in real time. There is no need to modify/compile/test several times. Version 2.0 adds online help, splitter panels, and multi-line regular expressions.

I've used this for years. It works great and helps you build your expressions by providing a list of regex escape characters when you right click in the editor. Great for people that don't do regex all the time and can't remember the syntax.

The program is really intuitive. You see on the screen the results on the go. Very usefull to learn.

Help si very simple (Googl search). You need to understand what it shows and how it is translated in your language program (matches, groups, etc.)
