RedRover Navigate is an easy-to-use, lightweight navigation tool that gives you the same convenient back or forward movement that you use in Web browsers. RedRover Navigate runs automatically every time you start up Excel, recording the cells as you visit them whether you got there by clicking on the cell, using the arrow keys, or switching tabs. Simply pressing the back button will take you back to the last cell or group of cells you visited, no matter where it is in the spreadsheet even across different sheets.

Version 1.1 now automatically skips over cells you didn't visit for very long, making it more useful for people who use arrow keys to navigate around a spreadsheet.
