This application is not intended for use by consumers.The Roadside Assistance Program Mobile Application allows Mercedes-Benz RAP Technicians to receive and manage Roadside Assistance service requests right on their iPhone. All the details needed to service the customer are displayed on the phone including:-Vehicle Make, Model, Year and Color.-Customer Name-Customer Phone Number-Service Requested (Tire Change, Fuel delivery, etc.)-Disablement LocationSimple, one touch access to call the customer, get turn-by-turn directions, or update the status of the job. When the job is complete, just press a button and it is stored in the job history for easy retrieval and viewing.Disclaimer: Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
