Pros

Fast learner: Quizlet reduces steep learning curves to gentle slopes with one of the most effective learning techniques known to all ages. They're not just for preschoolers!

Flash memory: Few memorization techniques work as well as flash cards. Quizlet helps you reinforce and retain basic concepts, vocabulary, formulas, or anything you need to remember.

Take a class: Want to learn a language or skill? Join a class for a more in-depth and social learning experience. We searched for Esperanto and were pleasantly surprised at the amount of sets and classes available.

DIY: Creating sets is easy, except for the typing! Just enter Terms and Definitions; save, share, and study!

Cons

Unintuitive search: Searching for a subject returns a jumble of users, sets, classes, and so on, leaving us to sift and sample various entries to find something useful.

Bottom Line

Quizlet helps you learn new words and concepts or reinforce what you know using the proven technique of flash cards. While the layout and search tool could be more intuitive, they improve with use. As with flash cards, practice makes perfect!
