  Simple to set up. Simple to use. Huge inefficiency gain if you file a lot of email.

  I've had an error message pop up a few times, but it seems to be when I'm going faster than the program can handle. Overall it hasn't been a problem.

  After I downloaded this software, I immediately began having Outlook 2010 problems. The progam bombs everytime I try to read my new email in.Quickfile support is NON_EXISTANT! I have sent MANY emails and they just don't reply.

  It's easy to use, easy to install, great compatibility with Outlook. Does what I needed: files emails on folders with send and receive in a easy way. Normally I dont write reviews, but this one has helped me so much that I think I owe it. Just dont count on a highly updated software when you buy the license. What you buy is what you get and it stays that way.

  I work with contracts and can be juggling 10 - 20 projects at any given time. Each one of these projects are in various stages of completion and rate their own folder. This translates into dozens of emails from people (some old, some new) related to these projects as well as the normal day-to-day emails. This program has saved me hours of time and effort each week in keeping both me Inbox and my Sent box cleaned out. I've used the product for about a year now. I'd tried it once before in an earlier version and had some problems with it but in it's current version it's been pretty stable. The last update I received was in beta but had improved how the lists were sorted when cleaning up obsolete folder names in the lists. Also, the folder name is now displayed at the bottom of the list and wrapped to two lines if the folder name is too long to view in the list box. I've noticed that if I open up another instance of an Outlook folder in its own window Quick File stops responding and it won't popup. No error messages and no crashes but I have to close Outlook and reopen it before I can get it to work again. Compared to the time I've saved (in hours) I might occassionaly lose a minute or two. This is one of those simple programs that pays for itself (if you work the way I do) in a matter of a few days.

  I use a very structured approach to my e-mails. I have many folders for filing sent and received e-mails. With Quick File it is very easy to file my e-mails.

  It is highly beneficial if the number of mails received and sent is more. This add in makes the filing task easier for Sales & Operation staff where in the mail volume is high. 1. Normal filing. After reading the incoming mail you can straight away move the same on to any folder without closing the message. Same way you can simultaneously send and move the message to the selected folder. 2. Intelligent filing: Take the case you have filed a mail on to a particular folder. Then next time when you want to file a mail incoming or outgoing to the particular address automatically the old folder name appears and the user can file easily. This particular feature helps and saves lot of time spent on filing.

  I am a web designer and due to my job, I send-receive hundreds of emails a day. Quick File Outlook add-in saving me a lot of time. It is an excellent tool for quickly saving files in proper folders.

  I'm amazed Outlook doesn't have this feature built in! This product saves me MAJOR amounts of time as it files my outgoing message where I want them with a minimum on effort.
