Cons

Limited recording time: The three-minute screencast will not suffice for instructions or tutorials that require longer, continuous recording. An option to upgrade to longer recording time should be available.

No hot keys: Keyboard shortcuts or global hot keys would be a great addition, enabling you to record screencasts more fluidly.
