The program works - slowly - if you can use the non-standard interface

Messy, non-standard interface - no drag and drop Command line does not work Not compatible with all .PDFs "Support" department usually ignores emails, is not very helpful when they do answer

The program's command line interface does not work. Despite repeated requests, the support desk has been unable/unwilling to address the issue.
