• Installer does not work

  Pros

  After installing the main program is missing - perhaps I got a bad download but generally they don't unpack and start the install process if something is wrong. I would have liked to have tested this software - perhaps somebody from Goldzsoft could rectify this?

  Product works as advertised. Relatively easy interface.

  Like the previous review said, the demo is way too short to be useful for any sort of meaningful evaluation. Don't purchase the product, the support is horrible. I'm still waiting for a reply because they neglected to send me a license code to activate the product. So I paid full price and I'm still forced to use the demo version.

  First I downloaded the install file from here and installed it. It only installed a program directory with an uninstall file, help file, and a shortuct the webpage of the software company. I then followed that shortcut and installed the version of the software they had at that location. <p>It is true you get 30 days to try it, but the software only lets you split 10seconds of video during the demo version. <p>If they won't make the demo useful, the will never get me to register it.
