Qualyzer for Windows

Qualyzer is a free and open-source desktop application to support researchers in conducting qualitative inquiries. Qualyzer helps users transcribe interviews, annotate (or code) the transcripts, and generally view and manage information collected and generated as part of a qualitative study. Qualyzer is still in active development, but fully-functional versions of the software are already available.
